Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and U.S. counterparts.
• Support estimation teams by organizing project data, updating schedules, and coordinating takeoff requests.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and workflow tracking through company software tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and take on increasing responsibilities as you grow within the company.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

  (Diploma holders with strong skills may be considered).

• Fluent English speaking and writing

  — must be comfortable communicating with U.S. teams.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD + AutoCAD 3D

  (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, material specifications, and building terminology.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow structured SOPs, and work

  within U.S. business hours needed.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in architectural or interior design drawings.
• Exposure to construction estimation or quantity takeoff workflows.
• Familiarity with Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
