As an Estimator Engineer, you will:

• Review project plans, blueprints, and finish schedules to identify materials (granite, marble, quartz) within our scope.
• Clearly define scope before performing take-offs to eliminate errors or omissions.
• Perform accurate take-offs using

  PlanSwift

  for countertops, backsplashes, and various edge details (laminated, miter, and standard).
• Review and interpret all project documents, including drawings, specs, addenda, schedules, and owner requirements.
• Lead, train, and mentor other estimators to maintain accuracy and efficiency across bids.
• Collaborate with project management and leadership teams to meet bid deadlines and deliver precise, competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field).
• Hands-on estimating experience in the countertop industry is required.
• Experience with multi-unit projects is a strong advantage.
• Ability to interpret finish schedules and drawings to define accurate scope.

• Proficiency in PlanSwift and AutoCAD (2D & 3D

  ).
• Ability to work 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST (aligning with U.S. Eastern Standard Time).
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and deep knowledge of countertop fabrication.
