Job Description

Monitor and control the workflow of vehicles in the workshop to ensure timely job completion.
Coordinate between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team for smooth operations.
Prepare, open, and track Job Cards as per standard workshop procedures.
Allocate work to technicians based on skill level and workload.
Ensure availability of required spare parts and follow up on pending parts.
Track vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and minimize delays.
Update job status regularly in DMS/CRM systems.
Verify labor and parts entries before job card closure.
Ensure adherence to OEM and company processes.
Support service targets related to productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
