Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting, Reconciliations (R), and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
• Assist in Month-End Close (MEC) activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet (B/S) accounts and support cash flow analysis.
• Maintain and update MIS reports and dashboards for internal and client reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as an Individual Contributor (IC) when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and calls, ensuring high service standards.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Must haves:

• Graduate with Inter CA / ICWA / CMA qualification.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, R2R, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-crunching abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid model and willingness to work in UK shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Partly CA/ACCA/CMA/CFA)

Model: Hybrid(UK Shifts only)

Shift Timings: 12:30PM-10PM IST/1:30PM-11PM IST
