JLS - Trainer

Missions/Main Duties:

As a JLS - Trainer, you will be responsible for:

Identifying Training Needs:
Assessing employee skills and knowledge gaps to pinpoint the specific types of training required.
Designing Training Programs:
Creating customized training programs that effectively meet the unique needs of the organization and its employees.
Delivering Training Sessions:
Leading engaging classroom-based or online training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to enhance participant learning.
Evaluating Training Effectiveness:
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance and overall business outcomes.
Staying Current with Industry Developments:
