Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-12 years hands-on experience with Jira Software Premium/Enterprise.
Proven experience designing Scrum / Agile SDLC workflows in complex engineering environments.
Deep expertise in Jira Advanced Roadmaps, capacity management, and resource modeling.
Demonstrated ability to improve engineering predictability, throughput, and sprint health.
Strong dashboard/report-building skills (Jira dashboards, JQL, and optionally Power BI).
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in SaaS or FinTech environments.
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps processes to align Jira with Release & Change workflows.
Jira certification(s) such as ACP-610, ACP-620, ACP-120, or ACP-300.

Work Model

Remote-first with preference for Bangalore time zone alignment.
Daily check-ins with Sponsors during the engagement.
Workshops may require overlap with US morning hours.
