JIRA Admin

Role Overview: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing JIRA. Your role will involve supporting JIRA Project Administration for custom and complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports configurations. Additionally, you will lead minor and major JIRA/Confluence upgrades, schedule maintenance for systems, and train development groups in using JIRA plugins and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance JIRA - Support JIRA Project Administration for custom and complex projects - Lead minor and major JIRA/Confluence upgrades and schedule maintenance - Train development groups in using JIRA plugins and reporting capabilities - Administer JIRA instances on a day-to-day basis including performance tuning and scaling - Provide User Management for over 500 users and manage system access compliance - Perform data migration using scripts - Collaborate with technical teams to exploit new technologies for enhancing applications and service infrastructure Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience working with JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator - Experience in JIRA migrations and upgrades (both major and minor) - Solid understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies - Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality for improvements - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers - Strong work ethic with good time management skills,
