As an experienced JIRA and Confluence administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining these tools at an expert level. Your role will involve setting up JIRA projects, creating custom workflows, issues, fields, and screens to meet the specific requirements of the organization. Additionally, you will integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages, demonstrating your ability to streamline collaboration and information sharing. In this position, you will need to leverage your programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Groovy to enhance the functionality of JIRA and Confluence. Your expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Atlassian tools will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role. You should also possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Furthermore, experience in setting up Confluence environments as wiki sites and integrating them with JIRA projects through APIs will be highly valued. Your decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will be put to the test in this dynamic and agile work environment.
