As an experienced individual with 3 to 7 years of experience, you should have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with JIRA and CONFLUENCE as an administrator. Your role will involve expert level tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence, including experience as a Jira Server Administrator. Additionally, you should have proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Groovy. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate experience in the design, development, and implementation of Atlassian tools and customization. - Create custom Workflows, Issues, fields, and Screens at an expert level. - Integrate JIRA projects with Confluence Pages effectively. - Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate effectively in a team, showcasing strong interpersonal skills. - Set up Confluence environment as a wiki site and integrate it with JIRA projects through API. - Communicate and share knowledge efficiently with contacts at all levels. - Utilize excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Work proficiently in a fast-changing, dynamic, and agile environment, managing time effectively and maintaining a strong work ethic. - Willingness to work in a 24*7 Support environment. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in JIRA and CONFLUENCE administration. - Experience as a Jira Server Administrator. - Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Groovy. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
