Location:

Role & responsibilities

Operationalize all the Jio Points within a JC as per the design principle.
Directly drive the customer acquisition & revenue business targets through Jio Point Manager (Both for inbound & outbound)
Appoint, develop and run the distribution operations in the catchment territory of each JioPoint.
Monitor & manage Jio Point Supports productivity
Ensure top class customer experience at Jio Points in close coordination with Device Care & Customer Care
Maintain hygiene & governance at Jio Points.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be from below industries: Telecom/ FMCG/FMCD/Paint/Dairy Products/Agri./Retail/Confectionary related Industry Experience Preferred. Candidates with experience in Core FMCG sales/ Combination of FMCG and other industries can be considered.
