Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage multiple complex projects at the same time. Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and time. (Material, Machine & Man) PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering , Manufacturing , or related fields. Relevant certifications such as ISO , PMP , TS16949 , or LEAN are advantageous. Experience : Proven track record in process development engineering for new product introduction . Familiarity with Sheet Metal Stamping processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead process improvements.
