CNC/VMC machine operator.
*Join Our Dynamic Team!*
We're seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to work in our Tool Room, operating 3 Axis/5 Axis CNC machines across three shifts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for machining elements of Jigs & Fixtures, Dies, and Molds.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate 3 Axis/5 Axis CNC machines with precision and accuracy
- Machine elements of Jigs & Fixtures, Dies, and Molds - Read and interpret engineering drawings - Utilize CNC controllers like Mazatrol, Fanuc, Fidia, and Grundic - Apply knowledge of cutting tools and parameters - Conduct inspections using various instruments - Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles
*Requirements:*
- Minimum qualification: DME/DAE
- 3-4 years of experience in CNC machining - Proven ability to work with CNC controllers and cutting tools - Strong understanding of inspection instruments and GD&T - Ability to work in three shifts
