As an Executive at ORRA Fine Jewellery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales conversion, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. Your main duties will involve informing customers about new designs, schemes, and offers, as well as supporting local area activities and assisting with the try-at-home scheme. Your focus will be on attending to customer requirements to improve sales conversion rates and deliver top-notch customer experiences. By engaging with customers, showcasing the latest designs, and promotions, you will play a key role in increasing sales and customer engagement.
