Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and show jewelry designs attractively.
• Explain product details, purity, pricing, and offers confidently.
• Handle jewelry calculations and billing accurately.
• Maintain showroom display and stock arrangement.
• Build strong customer relations and achieve sales targets.

• Manager Role:

  Supervise sales team, handle targets, maintain daily reports, and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Skills Required:

• Jewelry knowledge (gold/silver/diamond).
• Accurate calculation & billing handling.
• Excellent communication & customer service.
• Team management (for Manager role).
• Smart, confident, and polite personality.
• Basic computer/POS billing knowledge preferred.

Experience:

• Sales Executive:

  0–2 years (freshers with jewelry knowledge can apply)

• Sales Manager:

  3+ years in jewelry showroom or retail management
