Your key responsibilities will involve engaging with customers by greeting them, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting jewelry pieces. It will also be essential to maintain a comprehensive understanding of jewelry, including materials, craftsmanship, pricing, and care to provide customers with accurate information. Showroom management will be a crucial aspect of your role. This will include maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom, ensuring displays are attractive, and keeping the store organized to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Customer service is paramount in this position. You will be expected to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Meeting sales targets is a key objective. You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting jewelry products and closing sales. Staying updated on the latest jewelry trends, styles, and market developments will also be important to cater to customer preferences. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, including restocking and ensuring accurate stock levels to meet customer demands. Supporting marketing efforts by identifying potential customers and participating in promotional events will also be part of your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.,
