Jewellery Sales Assistant

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at the jewelry showroom, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, recommending suitable jewelry products, explaining product features, and building long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers with a positive and friendly attitude. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products. - Explain product features, purity, pricing, and offers clearly. - Assist customers in trying and selecting jewelry pieces. - Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, polki, Italian, and other jewelry categories. - Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally. - Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business.
