High end Jewellery Retail is a trusted name in fine jewellery, known for exquisite designs and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a passionate SSE to join our team and help customers find the perfect jewellery piece for their special moments. 6 Days working with 1 weekly off

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing, packaging, and documentation related to jewellery purchases.
• Maintain the store’s visual appeal and ensure jewellery displays are well-organized.
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in jewellery sales or Retail or Fresher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, gold, and other jewellery materials is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
