It will also involve staying updated on customer preferences to guide sales efforts, delivering exceptional customer service, and partnering with the sales team to evaluate sales performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a background in Sales, Retail, and Marketing. Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail are crucial for this role. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in inventory management software would be advantageous. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
