Jewellery Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser at RBZ Jewellers Ltd, Bodakdev, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability of all gold merchandise in stores. You will be required to plan and monitor ideal stock levels for showrooms and SIS, as well as analyze sales style trends zone-wise. Additionally, you will be responsible for stock liquidation of non-moving or ageing stocks across India. Your role will involve monthly visits to showrooms and SIS to assess the requirement of gold merchandise, as well as shuffling stock to approach ideal levels. You will also be involved in the launch of new products and collections, along with promotional planning for gold merchandise and planning for new store openings. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, with a graduation degree. Strong negotiation, communication, planning, and analytical skills are essential for this position. The salary offered for this position is in the range of 4-8 LPA. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus.
