Provide detailed information about the products, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on current trends in the jewellery industry to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain an organized and appealing display of jewellery in the store. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Basic knowledge of jewellery types, materials, and trends in the market. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers at once. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics in jewellery design.
