Job Overview:

• Sales Executive with specialised expertise in diamond sales to join our team.
• The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the diamond industry.
• The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the diamond market, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the diamond industry.
• Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive sales growth.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at diamond wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and industry associations.
• Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Showcase the value proposition of our diamond products/services and differentiate us from competitors.
• Lead negotiations with clients to close sales and secure contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
