Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer Trainee (JET) and Junior Engineer (JE) specializing in extrusion lamination. The position is based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting with and operating extrusion lamination machines to ensure optimal production processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production quality, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety and operational standards to maintain high-quality outputs. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve efficiency and production goals.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of extrusion lamination processes and machinery
• Skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control
• Understanding of safety standards and operational protocols
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow production guidelines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or similar Engineering field
• Work experience in a similar role within the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
