Namchi-Sikkim This is a completely offline teaching role, requiring physical presence at the institute.

Experience Required:

4 to 5 Years of Teaching Experience in JEE Mains & Advanced Preparation

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech. (from a reputed institute)

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Chemistry Faculty to teach students of Classes 11th & 12th preparing for JEE Mains and Advanced examinations. The ideal candidate should have a strong subject command, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of guiding students toward success in competitive exams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry for JEE Mains & Advanced level.
• Conduct regular classroom sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and practice tests.
• Develop and maintain high-quality study materials, assignments, and question banks.
• Track student performance and provide individual guidance for improvement.
• Ensure conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving skills among students.
• Work closely with the academic team to plan curriculum and test schedules.
• Contribute to academic discussions and help in designing effective teaching strategies.
• Maintain a motivational learning environment and encourage students to achieve their best.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of JEE Chemistry syllabus and exam pattern.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
• Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
