Title: JDE Service Consultant – Service Contract & WO Billing Experience: 8+ years Key Responsibilities Implement and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules related to Service Contract & Work Order Billing. Configure and optimize billing processes, ensuring seamless integration with other system for maintenance and service billing workflows. Drive enhancements in JDE Contract Billing and Service Billing, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing accuracy and streamline operations. Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct user training and create documentation for billing workflows. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging JDE capabilities to enhance service billing performance. Show more Show less
