Job description-

Expirenance - 1 to 3 yrs

Position - Service Adviser

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

Open job cards, record customer complaints, and explain service/repair details.

Provide cost estimates, service timelines, and get customer approvals.

Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely service and repair completion.

Update customers on service progress and inform them in case of delays.

Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery to ensure quality service.

Explain service work done, billing details, and warranty coverage to customers.

Promote service packages, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and accessories.

Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation and update service records in the system.

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Automobile / Mechanical preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years as Service Advisor in automobile (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) showroom.

Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers and service processes.

Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (DMS/ERP systems, MS Office).

Two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
