About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable 

  data architecture

   solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop robust applications and services using 

  Java/Scala

  .
• Work with ORM frameworks such as 

  Play (Scala)

   or similar to build efficient data access layers.
• Design, build, and optimize 

  ETL processes and data pipelines

  .
• Implement and maintain 

  microservices-based architectures

   for modular, scalable systems.
• Integrate and manage real-time 

  streaming platforms

   (e.g., Kafka) for data ingestion and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, DevOps, Product, and Business Analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure high standards of 

  code quality, performance, and security

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years

   of hands-on experience in 

  data architecture, design, and development

  .
• Strong proficiency in 

  Java and/or Scala programming

  .
• Experience with 

  ORM frameworks

   such as 

  Play Framework (Scala)

   or Hibernate/JPA.
• Proven track record in 

  ETL product development

   and 

  data pipeline orchestration

  .
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of 

  microservices architecture

  .
• Experience with 

  real-time streaming technologies

   such as 

  Kafka

   (or alternatives like Pulsar, Kinesis).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient and scalable systems.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
