Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Fullstack Trainer located in New Delhi. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on Java fullstack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies. They will create and execute training plans, mentor students, develop course content, and ensure effective knowledge transfer through structured sessions and hands-on exercises. Collaboration with other trainers and feedback collection to enhance the curriculum will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java programming, including Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or AngularJS.
• Experience with back-end development and databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and full stack concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, and containerization technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior teaching or training experience in software development or IT-related subjects is highly desirable.
