Java Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Core Java, OOPs, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate . Prepare training materials, assessments, and hands-on coding exercises. Conduct workshops, webinars, and classroom-based sessions (online or in-person). Monitor student progress and provide feedback or mentorship. Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends. Customize training programs to meet the needs of different learner groups. Assist in curriculum development and updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong practical experience with Core Java and advanced frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in teaching or corporate training (online or offline). Patience and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
