Description
We are hiring a Technical Lead Java / Jr. Solution Architect with strong experience in the Telecom domain , Java backend development , and portal solutions (customer self-service, partner portals, dashboards). You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that integrate with telecom BSS/OSS systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement telecom portals (self-care, order tracking, ticketing, etc.). Lead solution architecture for Java-based enterprise applications and microservices. Integrate with BSS/OSS systems (CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Billing). Create system architecture documents, API specs, and technical workflows. Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions. Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and technical workshops. Skills Required: 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs. 3+ years in architecture/design role, preferably in the telecom domain. Hands-on experience with portal development (web/mobile). Strong understanding of BSS/OSS workflows and TM Forum standards (nice to have). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker/Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). Understanding of identity platforms (Azure AD B2C, SSO).
