Job Title: Java Technical Lead Product Development Experience: 4 6 Years Location: Gurugram/Bengaluru (Hybrid 3 days WFO) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our growing MRTM product Customer Engineering development team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our core product offerings. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of Java-based backend services. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps. Collaborate with Product managers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are maintained. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance. Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards and development processes. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines. Technical Requirements: 4 to 6 years of experience in Java (version 8 and above) development. Strong expertise in Core Java , Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security) , and RESTful APIs . Good understanding of Microservices architecture . Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL , or Oracle . Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , Docker , and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP . Nice to Have: Understanding of DevOps practices and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
