Description
As a Technical Architect in Client Management at BNP Paribas India Solutions, your primary role will be to design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable KYC framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing operational efficiency. This position is critical in safeguarding BNPP Group against fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes by leveraging advanced technologies and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture and design of enterprise-level software solutions using technology frameworks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create architectural blueprints for complex systems - Designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure distributed architectures that are cost-effective - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards - Performing architectural reviews, code reviews, and technology assessments to ensure adherence to BNPP CIB defined architectural principles and standards - Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java development, cloud computing, DevOps, and software architecture - Leading automation efforts and guiding teams to align with shift left and shift right strategy by promoting automation first mindset to reduce manual efforts - Taking ownership of technical feasibility studies, demos, proposal development, and representing in ITSVC (architectural committee) Your technical competencies should include a strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, software development using Java/J2EE technologies, RDBMS/SQL, caching technologies, troubleshooting & performance tuning, containerization and orchestration tools, CI/CD pipelines, and more. Additionally, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. It would be advantageous to have experience with other programming languages, cloud-native solutions, certifications in cloud platforms, NoSQL databases, Kafka, and industry-related certifications like TOGAF.
