Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of

  5+ developers

  to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and build scalable backend systems using

  Java

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  Spring Integration

  .
• Implement secure and efficient

  OAuth 2.0-based authentication and authorization

  .
• Design and manage

  MongoDB

  databases for optimal performance.Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on

  AWS Cloud

  infrastructure.
• Manage

  containerization and orchestration

  using

  Kubernetes

  .
• Set up and maintain

  Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

  for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure

  business goals

  align with

  technical strategies

  .
• Own the delivery of

  greenfield projects

  , from architecture to production release.
• Ensure best practices in

  coding, performance optimization, and security

  .

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 4

  years in a technical leadership role

  .
• Deep expertise in

  Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and Jenkins

  .
• Proven ability to

  lead, mentor, and guide a development team

  .
• Experience taking

  greenfield products

  to production launch.
• Excellent problem-solving, design, and communication skills.
