Java Tech Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team. Your strategic influence will be crucial in exercising control over resources, budget management, and planning while monitoring end results. It will be essential for you to integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with the overall technology function to achieve established goals. You will also need to provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations, influencing and negotiating with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicating with external parties when necessary.
