Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Java Spring Boot Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Java, Spring Boot framework, and hands-on experience in backend development and RESTful API integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and deliver training modules on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, JDBC, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices . Provide hands-on coding sessions and real-time project guidance. Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and final project assessments. Guide students in minor and major projects , ensuring industry relevance. Stay updated with current industry trends and integrate them into the training curriculum. Conduct periodic doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews , and project reviews. Maintain training documentation, progress reports, and feedback for continuous improvement. Required Skills: Proficiency in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework . Experience with Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, Maven/Gradle, and Git . Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Exposure to Microservices Architecture and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills . Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or a related field. Additional certification in Java / Spring Boot is a plus.
