Java Software Engineer

As an experienced software developer, your role will involve being a part of the full software development life cycle, providing software solutions while meeting software quality needs. You will design and define interactions between different component pieces, write efficient code based on team lead's brief, and fast prototype proof-of-concept features/applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining new features on the Java stack, owning the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application, and executing against project plans and delivery commitments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop software solutions for complex problems - Comply with build/release and configuration management processes - Develop unit test cases for your project module - Execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies, and processes for development activities - Work closely with peers and leads to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development - Manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in software development - B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./M.S. in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts with hands-on knowledge of the Java stack (Spring/Hibernate). Experience in development across multiple browsers/platforms on websites, understanding of SQL/NoSQL data stores, and familiarity with MVC, SOA, and restful web services will be valuable. Work experience in a product/start-up company is a plus, and knowledge of JavaScript (AngularJS/ReactJS)/HTML/CSS/jQuery front-end code is beneficial. Understanding agile methodology, best practices, and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) in Java are essential for this role.,
