Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using
Java + Selenium WebDriver
.
Create and maintain reusable
test automation frameworks
.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of insurance applications.
Understand insurance workflows, policy lifecycles, claims, and underwriting modules.
Collaborate with developers, BA, and QA teams for requirements understanding and bug resolution.
Perform API testing using tools like
Postman
or
RestAssured
.
Manage test case creation and execution using
TestNG, JUnit
, or similar frameworks.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.
Analyze test results and generate test reports.
Log and track defects using tools like
JIRA
or
Bugzilla
.

Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in
Java
.
Hands-on experience with
Selenium WebDriver
,
TestNG/JUnit
, and
Maven/Gradle
.
Experience in designing test automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Hybrid).
Good exposure to
insurance domain workflows
(Life, Health, General Insurance preferred).
Experience in CI/CD pipelines
Jenkins, Git
.
Knowledge of SQL and database validations.
Exposure to
Agile/Scrum methodology
.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
