Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Salesforce applications, encompassing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Automation Script Development:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Provar, Katalon, Apex Test Framework, TestNG).
Test Execution and Analysis:
Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and report them using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
Salesforce Specific Testing:
Conduct testing for various Salesforce features, including configurations, customizations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Apex code, and integrations with external systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and product owners to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure thorough test coverage.
Framework Enhancement:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the overall quality of Salesforce releases by participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promoting best practices in testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven experience in QA/testing, with significant experience specifically in Salesforce testing and automation.
Salesforce Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, and other relevant modules.
Automation Tools:
Proficiency with Salesforce test automation tools and frameworks.
Technical Skills:
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), Apex testing frameworks, SOQL queries, and REST/SOAP API testing.
Methodologies:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
