Job Profile

• Develop applications using Java, JPA/Hibernate, JQuery/Angular, APIs, and Microservices
• Analyse and understand user requirements to create effective solutions
• Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks across the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Design, implement, and maintain various Java application phases
• Recommend improvements to enhance established Java application processes
• Prepare effort estimations, work schedules, and resource allocation plans
• Lead a team of developers, perform technical reviews, and release modules for testing
• Analyse bug reports, oversee fixes, and release modules for implementation
• Deliver presentations to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with teams for timely delivery
• Travel globally for short-term client visits when required

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of development experience in Java, J2EE, and APIs
• Proven experience in Microservices development
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA, REST services, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/TeamCity, GitLab)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, SCM tools, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Positive team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
