Java Lead

As a Java Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Additionally, you should have the following skills: - Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and ensure their success. - Participating in the recruitment and hiring process of new team members. - Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java and related frameworks. - Ensuring thorough testing of all code to minimize bugs and issues. - Contributing to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
