Role & responsibilities

Experienced technology leader with 8+ years in application design, architecture, and delivery.
Skilled in Java 8+, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, and cloud-native development using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git), code quality tools (Sonar, Jacoco), and performance tuning.
Proficient in SQL, Hibernate, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Adept at mentoring teams, writing high-quality code, and ensuring customer-focused delivery.
Experienced in payment domain, agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills, client handling, and a collaborative mindset.
Familiar with event-driven architecture, service discovery, and observability tools like ELK and Zipkin.
