About the Role:

Java Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Design & Development:
Architect, design, and implement complex, scalable, and high-availability backend systems using Java and related technologies.
Code Quality:
Review, optimize, and maintain clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Architecture & Integration:
Define system architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies for microservices, APIs, and third-party systems.
Performance Optimization:
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.

Preferred:

Experience with
message brokers
(Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Exposure to
front-end technologies
(Angular, React) for full-stack understanding.
Experience in
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
or
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
