Java Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to steer our dynamic team towards achieving groundbreaking innovations in the automotive tech space. As a pivotal figure in our technology department, you will guide the development and implementation of our Autorox platform, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of garage management solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of our Autorox platform using Core Java, J2EE, and JSP.
• Implement robust solutions with Hibernate, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot, enhancing the platform's scalability and reliability.
• Design and deploy microservices architecture to improve modularity and facilitate easier maintenance and updates.
• Harness the power of front-end technologies like jQuery, Vue.js, JavaScript, and Angular to deliver a seamless and intuitive user interface.
• Ensure database integrity and performance optimization with SQL Server, implementing best practices for data management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Webservices using Json API's, ERP Integrations, communication channel integrations

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Technology Lead or Senior Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as jQuery, VueJs, JavaScript, and Angular.• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, mentoring, and
• development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
