Java Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Java-based applications.
Provide
technical leadership
to the development team, ensuring high code quality and architectural compliance.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation.
Ensure seamless integration with middleware, database, and external systems.
Drive code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement practices.
Manage deployment, scalability, and containerization of applications on cloud platforms.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
Java/J2EE development
with deep understanding of system architecture and design.
Proven leadership in
technical consulting, architecture, and delivery
.
Hands-on experience with:

Middleware & Streaming
: Kafka, Redis
Databases
: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
Web Services & APIs
: REST, RPC
Cloud & Containerization
: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's/Masters in Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
