Role & Responsibility: Contribute to the design and development of the Phoenix product. Manage the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery. Ensure timely and high-quality software releases. Develop end-to-end features independently. Provide technical guidance and code review to junior engineers.
