Ensure code scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and integrate seamlessly with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated on industry technology trends, contribute to the organization's technology communities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adhere to secure coding practices, implement effective unit testing practices, and ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive hands-on experience working with Java 8 or above. - Extensive hands-on experience working with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot. - Extensive hands-on experience working with Microservices. **Desirable Skillsets:** - Hands-on experience with GitLab for CI/CD is preferred. - Hands-on experience with AWS is preferred. - Hands-on experience with Kafka is preferred. - Exposure to AI is preferred.
