Java Full Stack(Client Onboarding) Tech Lead

You will be joining a French multinational IT services and consulting company with a commitment to leveraging technology for an inclusive and sustainable future. As a Technical Lead/Development SME with 8-10 years of overall IT experience, you will play a vital role in mobilizing and managing technology in a Global Investment Banking environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating experience in Continuous Delivery software development methods, such as TDD and automated testing, including non-functional performance testing. - Working on high volume data integration and throughput requirements, particularly in profiling. - Implementing microservice architecture and REST principles. - Utilizing ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2 or above, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with grid/chart frameworks/libraries. - Proficiency in Java 11 and above, Rest API, JUNIT, Mockito, as well as knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Swagger, and BDD (Selenium, Gherkin). - Experience with Spring Boot components, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Oracle, PL/SQL, JPA, Hibernate, CICD Development in Groovy, Jenkins, Ansible. - Familiarity with NoSQL, Elastic, Cloud (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE, IKP), and Docker. Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Practical experience leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment. - Hands-on experience with TDD, automated testing, and awareness of software delivery frameworks and best practices. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and offshore teams. - Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with proactive risk and issues management. - Customer empathy and managing client expectations effectively. - Domain knowledge in IT Delivery experience, particularly in Client on-boarding (Data Ops) and Reference data domains in a Tier 1 Bank.
