Role Overview: You will be joining as a Java Fullstack Technical Lead with a multinational IT services and consulting company. Your primary focus will be on managing technology in a Global Investment Banking environment, implementing Continuous Delivery software development methods, and working on high volume data integration and throughput requirements. Your expertise in microservice architecture, REST principles, and UI/Dashboards will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Possess overall IT experience of 8-10 years with a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Lead / Development SME role - Mobilize and manage technology in a Global Investment Banking environment - Implement Continuous Delivery software development methods such as TDD and automated testing - Work on high volume data integration and throughput requirements, including profiling - Utilize microservice architecture and have knowledge of UI/Dashboards - Apply REST principles and solid architectural work - Technical specifics include ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2 or above, Java 11 and above, Rest API, JUNIT, Mockito, Spring Boot components, Oracle, PL/SQL, JPA, Hibernate, CICD Development in Groovy, Jenkins, Ansible, etc. - Additional skills like leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment, awareness of software delivery frameworks, methodologies, best practices, and strong communication skills will be beneficial Qualification Required: - Minimum 8 years of IT experience with specific experience in Technical Lead roles - Direct experience in Global Investment Banking environment - Proficiency in Continuous Delivery software development methods like TDD and automated testing - Knowledge of microservice architecture, REST principles, and UI/Dashboards - Technical expertise in ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2 or above, Java 11 and above, Rest API, JUNIT, Mockito, Spring Boot components, Oracle, PL/SQL, JPA, Hibernate, CICD Development in Groovy, Jenkins, Ansible, etc. Note: The company is a French multinational IT services and consulting company committed to unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future.
