Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading technology initiatives in a Global Investment Banking environment, with a focus on Continuous Delivery software development methods and high volume data integration. Your role will involve working on micro service architecture, REST principles, and UI/Dashboards. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to solid architectural work and collaborate with various teams within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Overall IT experience of 8-10 years with a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Lead/Development SME role - Mobilizing and managing technology in a Global Investment Banking environment - Demonstrating expertise in Continuous Delivery software development methods, including TDD and automated testing - Working on high volume data integration and throughput requirements - Implementing micro service architecture and REST principles - Proficiency in ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Rest API, JUNIT, Mockito, and other technical specifics mentioned - Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Swagger, and BDD - Familiarity with Spring Boot components, Oracle, PL/SQL, JPA, Hibernate, and CICD development tools - Knowledge in NoSQL, Elastic, Cloud (GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker - Leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment - Designing creative solutions and resolving problems while considering strategic plans - Communicating effectively with various stakeholders and teams - Demonstrating strong problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management, and customer empathy skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with a focus on Technical Lead/Development SME roles - Direct experience in a Global Investment Banking environment - Proficiency in Continuous Delivery software development methods, TDD, and automated testing - Knowledge of high volume data integration, micro service architecture, and REST principles - Experience with UI/Dashboards, ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2, Java, Rest API, JUNIT, Mockito, and other specified technical skills - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Swagger, BDD, Spring Boot components, Oracle, PL/SQL, JPA, Hibernate, CICD tools, NoSQL, Elastic, Cloud (GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker Additional Company Details: The position is a part of Data Ops within a Tier 1 Bank, focusing on IT Delivery experience in Client on-boarding (Data Ops) and Reference data domains.
