Java Full Stack Developer Mentor

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join as a Mentor, guiding students/trainees in mastering both front-end and back-end development using Java and modern web technologies. The mentor will play a key role in providing technical expertise, project guidance, and career support to help learners become industry-ready full stack professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train learners in Java Full Stack Development, including Core Java, Advanced Java (J2EE), Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
• Guide students in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.
• Provide hands-on training in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Conduct workshops, doubt-solving sessions, and code reviews to strengthen problem-solving skills.
• Share industry insights, tools, and trends in Java-based web application development.
• Assist learners in interview preparation, portfolio building, and professional development.
• Collaborate with academic/placement teams to align training outcomes with industry requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Back-end: Core Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices
• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Angular/React
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Tools: Git/GitHub, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment processes preferred.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for guiding and shaping future developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with online training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms)
• Two years or more experience in mentoring.
