Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Grade D level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and deploying microservices using Core Java and Spring Boot, React with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, particularly GCP. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a passion for clean code, automation, and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java, React, Spring Boot, and GCP.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across microservices, databases, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Utilize tools such as Dynatrace, Postman, Curl, and GCP deployment services for monitoring and testing.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform, Istio, and Helm charts (preferred).
• Manage production releases, deployments, and post-deployment support.
• Integrate messaging systems and frameworks such as JMS, MQ, and Kafka.
• Analyze and evaluate technical proposals and contribute to solution design.
• Drive innovation by initiating and implementing ideas to solve business challenges.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Support knowledge management and documentation practices within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in React, Core Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and cloud-native application development and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with GCP cloud services and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Istio, and Helm (preferred).
• Proficient in using monitoring and debugging tools such as Dynatrace.
• Experience with messaging systems like JMS, MQ, and Kafka.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in GCP, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
